FAQ
Pricing questions
What counts as a ready lead?
A business with a checked email address, a specific reason to reach out found on its website, and an email that passed our checks. Anything less isn't charged.
Are all emails confirmed?
No. Every email is checked, and ones that fail or can't be checked are left out. But some mail servers accept every address, so those can't be fully confirmed and may bounce. We label them, list them after confirmed ones, and they use 1 credit like any other lead. Choose Confirmed emails only when you build a list to leave them out. A check can't guarantee delivery, which also depends on your domain and sending setup.
Will I get the full number of leads I ask for?
Not always. Results depend on how many matching businesses are in the area and how many publish an email. If a list ends short, you only pay for the ready leads, and you can try a wider area or another city. A list runs for up to 30 minutes at a time, so a large one may need you to press Continue.
Are there any usage limits?
Free accounts get 5 AI analyses and 10 city searches a day, and paid accounts get a much higher limit. Each list can have up to 200 leads, and you can build as many lists as your credits allow. You can keep up to 10 sender profiles. Each mailbox sends up to 50 emails a day, starting at 10 a day for a new mailbox.
Do unused monthly credits carry over?
No, they reset at each renewal. Credit packs and trial credits never expire, so you can buy a pack if you only need leads now and then.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Lists you've already built stay available, and you can't start a new one until you buy a pack, upgrade or renew. We never charge you for going over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrade from the billing page while your plan is active: you pay the difference for the rest of the month and get the extra credits straight away. To move to a smaller plan, cancel and subscribe again when your paid month ends.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, at any time. Your plan and its credits last until the end of the paid month, and your lists stay in your account.
Can I get a refund?
A credit pack with none of its credits used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Plan fees and credits you've used aren't refundable. If you were charged twice or because of a system error, we refund that charge in full. To ask for a refund, email [email protected]. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. A free account includes AI analysis and 20 credits to try a small list.
Is sending included?
Yes. You send from your own Gmail or SMTP mailbox after you press send, or export a CSV. We never send through our own servers, and sending doesn't use credits.
