This policy explains when CornerLead refunds a payment. It doesn't limit any rights you have under the law.
A credit pack with none of its credits used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any of its credits have been used, the pack can't be refunded.
Plan fees are not refundable, including the amount paid when you upgrade. You can cancel at any time, and your plan and its credits last until the end of the paid month.
Free trial credits have no cash value and can't be refunded.
If you were charged twice or because of a system error, we refund that charge in full.
Email [email protected] from your account's email address and tell us which payment it's about.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show them. When a payment is refunded, the credits it paid for are removed from your balance.
