What you want

More contracts close to your existing work, so crews spend less time traveling.

What gets in the way

  • Scattered jobs mean more driving and thinner margins.
  • The person who decides is hard to reach.
  • Pitches for cleaning or pest control tend to sound the same.

How this helps

  • Search around a city, with a radius that matches your crews.
  • Find the kinds of sites that suit your service.
  • Mention something specific about the site, like its showers or meeting rooms.

Who you could find

Examples. AI suggests the types that fit your own website.

Gyms

Showers, changing rooms and equipment need regular care.

Dental practices

Clinical spaces have higher cleaning standards.

Coworking spaces

Shared offices have many people using one building.

Veterinary clinics

Animal care areas need specialist cleaning and hygiene.

Subject: Cleaning for your changing rooms

Hi, I'm Priya from Spotlane Cleaning. We clean gyms and fitness studios in Leeds, outside opening hours. Your facilities page lists showers, changing rooms and a sauna. Those are the areas we work on most. Are you the right person to ask about cleaning? Thanks, Priya Spotlane Cleaning

Emails include your company name and an unsubscribe link, plus a postal address if you add one to your sender profile.

Some addresses can't be fully confirmed because the mail server accepts everything. They're labeled, may bounce, and you can leave them out.

A good first list

An example setup, not a forecast of how many leads you'll get.

Business type
One kind of site you already service, such as gyms, if the analysis suggests it.
City
The city at the center of your service area.
Radius
Match it to how far your crews travel, up to 40 km.
Target
10 ready leads
Filters
Leave rating and review minimums off at first. Skip chains helps, as chains often buy centrally.

Sites close together are easier to quote and to service.

What this test costs

  • A target of 10 reserves 10 credits. Each ready lead uses 1 credit, and the rest go back to your balance when the list ends.
  • Businesses without a usable email or a specific reason are left out at no cost. A ready lead stays charged if you skip it.
  • Your free account includes 20 credits, enough for this test twice.
  • After that, credit packs start at $29 for 100 credits. Starter is $49 a month and Growth is $149 a month.

Questions before you start

Can you tell me who has a contract now?

No. We can't see whether a business already has a provider, or when a contract ends.

Will I reach the facilities manager?

Often not at first. The address may reach a front desk, so ask who looks after the building.

Can I cover more than one city?

Yes. Build one list per city. A business already in one of your lists won't be added again.

I don't like cold outreach. Will this feel like spam?

That depends on how you use it. Write to businesses you could really help, about something relevant to them. You review every email, each one has an unsubscribe link, and a mailbox sends at most 50 a day, a few minutes apart.

What happens after I send?

Replies go to your own inbox, and we don't read it. For emails sent from the app, mark replies and bounces on each lead. Bounced and not interested addresses are blocked from future lists. Follow-up emails aren't automated.

What should I check before sending?

Check that your details, claims and offer are accurate, and follow the email rules where you and the recipient are based. A public address doesn't by itself give you permission to contact it.
