Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

We may suspend or terminate access if your use creates risk, violates these terms, or harms other users.

3. Credits and Payment

Lead lists use credits. Credits are charged when a lead is ready, as described on the pricing page. Credit packs do not expire.

A plan renews every month and charges your payment method until you cancel. Monthly credits are used first, reset at each renewal and don't carry over. If you cancel, your plan and its credits last until the end of the paid month.

Plan fees and credits you've used are not refundable. A credit pack with none of its credits used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If you were charged twice or because of a system error, we refund that charge in full. Our Refund Policy has the details.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

4. Acceptable Use

• You decide what is sent. Email goes out from your own tools, or from your own email account if you connect it and press send. CornerLead has no sending service of its own, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to what you send, including those of each recipient's country.
• Do not use the service to send spam or to contact individual consumers.
• Do not represent a business you are not authorized to represent, or use another business's name, cases or brand as your own.
• Honor every unsubscribe and removal request, and include your postal address and a working unsubscribe link in commercial email.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service to violate laws or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

5. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
